SYNOPSIS

Cracolice, a seaside village near the Tyrrhenian Sea, is sadly known for an alleged event that took place in the early 90's: following the arrival of a fleet of toxic ships, young people suddenly stopped growing and remained teenagers forever. How this was possible remains a mystery.
