SYNOPSIS

A man walks through Volgograd, formerly Stalingrad, in November 2019. He follows in the footsteps of one of his aunts who wrote a collection during the battle of Stalingrad in 1942/1943. He gives us his reflections on the Second World War and the role of the Soviets in the Victory against Nazism.
