SYNOPSIS

Alma, a single mother, lives in an impoverished mountain town where she works as a cock fight trainer. She is caught in the throes of an extremely abusive relationship. Death and life converge in memories and dreams as she remembers and is remembered by someone who calls out to her soul. Inspired by true events, this film is an ode to women who suffer at the hands of violence.
