SYNOPSIS
In February 1980, young Abdelkader Lareiche was shot to death in the head by a guard at a housing block in Vitry. In a context rife with racist crimes and a policy of repressive security, his friends mobilize around the movement "Rock Against Police". Forty years later, Philomène sets off to meet the activists and participants in the movement.
