SYNOPSIS
The rise of all extremist political movements in the latest years explicitly intends to silence queer voices. In 2019, Portugal elected the first far-right Member of Parliament since the end of the dictatorship. I started making the film after that. In the dark, the flashlights were brutally invasive while I kept searching for non-conforming bodies with the camera.
