SYNOPSIS

The endless tests in order to develop a futuristic city and redesign the fishing village of Anaklia's port, on the shores of the Black Sea in west Georgia. The documentary investigates the material and social conditions resulting from these ambitious infrastructural investments, aimed at transforming the country into a trade corridor for the speculative New Silk Road project.
