SYNOPSIS

The protagonist is a person using journalistic language to search for Ulvi Rajab’s apartment, who was repressed during the time of the Soviet Union. While searching he finds another hero from the same street, named for Alovsat Guliyev. So Alovsat Guliyev street is another character with his street musicians, tea-houses, balloon shop and realtor.
