SYNOPSIS

This project began with an encounter with a Chinese survivor of the Khmer Rouge. The memory of a forgotten community in Chinese history is gradually established. It isn’t about judging history through a mixture of 3D and archival footage, but about providing a space where the past can seek to become the present once again.
