SYNOPSIS

In 1752 in La Reunion, Soa, former Malagasy slave, thinks she has found a tunnel that would take her back to Madagascar. When her village of runaway slaves is threatened by slave hunters, Soa faces an inevitable choice: stay with her loved ones, or flee and finally return home.
