SYNOPSIS

A documentary about an Usbek man who has been an established dog walker for ten years, in the Cihangir neighbourhood - where intellectuals used to live -, in the heart of Istanbul. We will follow this quiet man, who looks like a loser and whom most people consider a family member, and see what he has accomplished in ten years.
