SYNOPSIS

Someone has a defective banknote, and intentionally gives it to someone else. That person gives it to another person and so on. This banknote gets transmitted at a large scale from hand to hand. Eventually, a cigarette vendor does the right thing and stops passing on the banknote; - a small moral issue can become a big cultural problem -.
