SYNOPSIS

Talking about your feelings is uncommon for hospital staff in the Netherlands. Following the global corona crisis, many health workers experience death on a large scale for the first time in their career. Unprepared for the feeling of powerlessness this entails, the formerly "unbreakable" rational care workers are confronted with their own vulnerable humanity.
