SYNOPSIS

A story about an ancient Slavic pre-pagan tradition and its preservation. In the mountains of south-western Bulgaria, the community of the so-called "Kukeri" come together at the beginning of every year to chase away the evil spirits. Vladi is standing firmly behind his obsessions as he's leading us through the rural life of a dark, mystical society.
