SYNOPSIS

In a city square, a man observes a little girl playing with marbles while her mother is chatting. The man takes the opportunity to kidnap her. But the scene was witnessed by a blabbermouth, who, with the help of her friends, tries to stop him. There starts a chase in the city's streets.
