SYNOPSIS

Extreme tells the story of a seemingly prim and orderly woman who struggles to cling to her sense of reality when her concerned sister demands entrance to her pristine home. Her sister later enlists the help of a social worker to show her that her compulsive lifestyle is not what it seems.
