SYNOPSIS

Mr. Martin, a retired man, lives alone in his small house facing the ocean in Brittany. Every morning, he gets up and goes fishing, but every time reality catches up with him: he has to pay a fine for not respecting the law which forbids leaving his house since the beginning of the lockdown.
