SYNOPSIS

A short trilogy about the wounds of dying and the wonders of resurrection: "The Dolphin of Delphi" tells a idiosyncratic myth of the emergence of the Oracle of Delphi from the death throes of a dolphin against the attack of an orca. "Thanatos Fantasia" depicts the release of the Phoenix through the burning of a pianoforte. "Calliope's Last Songs" shows the beauty at the end of an old woman's life.
