SYNOPSIS
Filmed in the suburbs of the city of Tulcea in 2006 and 2020 ... Every day, Uncle Niculaie travels more than 25km, pushing his wheelbarrow adorned with always fresh field flowers, trying to steal a little smile from passers-by he meets ... In the evening he retires alone to his home, on a vacant lot from an enormous nowhere, in the ruins of an old CAP (communist agricultural cooperative).
