SYNOPSIS

Heart Shape 莲蓉包 is a short film about the possibilities of new beginnings at every ending, and how love flows even in the quietest solitude. It appears to be following a very ordinary day in the life of Yong, an 80-year-old Hakka Chinese man. Yong makes longevity buns for a living, and today, like any other day, he prepares the buns in the early morning.
