SYNOPSIS
It's 1958 and America is in the throes of its first opioid epidemic. On the beach in California, a group of dope fiends have discovered a way to stay clean together. Their motto is "Criminal A helps Criminal B" - and they're about to start a revolution in addiction treatment.
