SYNOPSIS

17-year-old WEI struggles with school and familial pressures, with Eurobeat music his only solace. The world moves at a different pace from him, and dictates that he keep in step. As his lack of sync disconnects him from everyone around him, the rhythm of his heart gradually slips away.
