Every two years Zhukovsky, a city situated 42 km from Moscow, hosts an international aerospace exhibition on a former military airfield with 300,000 visitors per day. Tsagovsky Forest around the airfield is made of pine trees and is called the lungs of Moscow. In 2012 an illegal deforestation takes place to build a wider highway towards the aerospace exhibition, which leads to mass protests.
