SYNOPSIS
The authors analyze the resonance had in the cultural world the failed restoration of the Ecce Homo made by the painter Cecilia Giménez at the Church of the Santuario de la Misericordia in Borja, Spain, deepening the emotional aspect of the painter denouncing the superficiality of the media which have transformed a profound and painful personal affair into a futile planetary event.
