SYNOPSIS

The bourgeois couple Biedermann could spend their Saturday evening appropriately boring, were it not for this unexpected party invitation from Mr. Schmitz. Schmitz, who turns out to be Biedermann’s boss, has a tendency towards slippery celebrations. The Biedermanns feel uncomfortable. But one thing is certain: Come what may, you don't refuse an invitation from Schmitz.
