SYNOPSIS

Smaïl Kanouté is a professional visual artist, dancer and choreographer. His new work, "Yasuke Kurosan, the Black Samourai in Japan", is inspired by Yasuke Kurosan's life. Yasuke Kurosan was an African slave who arrived in Japan at the end of the XVIth century, and was exceptionally granted the Samourai status.
