SYNOPSIS

Twenty-year-old Kamel has a plan for his social housing estate in Vitrolles. Committed and idealistic, he is invited to present it in person to the Minister of town planning. Together with his sidekicks Hichem and Youssoufa, Kamel finds himself in over his head, caught up in a political game…
