An association of relatives of people who disappeared during the armed conflict in Peru (1980-2000), performs a Japanese tea ceremony to honor their loved ones. The ceremony takes place in La Hoyada (Ayacucho), a place used by state agents to incinerate and bury hundreds of disappeared people and where forty years later their relatives are still clamoring for justice.
