SYNOPSIS

History, work, sex, death and my older brother. Loosely based on Ed Ruscha’s photography book “Nine Swimming Pools and a Broken Glass”, this short film is an essay about swimming pools; What they mean for the culture and the collective memories and ideas we have of them, from class to leisure to tragedy.
