SYNOPSIS

Rome, 1946. The short film, inspired by a real story, tells the story of the technician Francesco, who receives the strange order of installing a telephone at the Verano cemetery. The director Roberto Rossellini is the one who asked for the connection: he needs a telephone to complete the film "Germany, Year Zero", without leaving the grave of his son Romano, who died at the age of nine.
