SYNOPSIS

1914. An aspiring artist known as Witkacy returns to his fiancée Jadwiga whom he has left in the care of his friend, the eminent composer Karol Szymanowski. What happens during his absence? “Blaga” is a story about the birth of a rebellious artist, about love and fear of responsibility, and the price of living with an artist whose greatest art is himself.
