SYNOPSIS

Karim is dealing with strange nausea since moving to the big city and while his girlfriend Leila experiences sexism in a job interview, he eventually gets an unusual diagnosis: He is pregnant! It seems to be a global mutation and while the world sinks into turmoil and things finally get better for Leila, Karim has to not only face the fear of giving birth but also his identity as a man.
