Shot throughout a shift at a foundry in Nephi, Utah, filmmaker Robert Machoian contemplates what makes a day, what makes us who we are, how we can and how we mold ourselves as we watch foundry workers take molten minerals and turn them into something useful. A dissonant score pushes the viewer to question what they are seeing, what is happening in front of them, what makes us change.
