SYNOPSIS

Civilization is collapsing. Tim has fled the city to search—in vain—for food and for his parents. Parched and starving, he stumbles upon a home belonging to a solitary woman, Manon, who is surviving on her own. She agrees to feed him in exchange for his help with her vegetable garden, but in two weeks he will have to leave.
