SYNOPSIS

A boy follows his mother throughout the Mall.. 'Lakad' is an Impulse-based short film reflecting distance. Set in the northern suburbs, the setting reflects Australia - multicultural, yet disconnected. 'lakad' observes the distance often felt by those who create their own path. This meditation observes the isolation and disconnect caused by identity and parental relationships.
