SYNOPSIS

On the south coast of Brazil a small fishing community is furiously devastated by climate changes. It's Lúcio's birthday, a boy full of imagination who likes to draw mermaids and play with dolls, but the presence of his intolerant and violent father ruins any party mood. Secretly, his mother prepares him a surprise, and that gift will finally turn this into a special day.
