SYNOPSIS
Questioning the limits of cinematic storytelling in its desire and pretension to "express" and portray violence, particularly that of death, Confession of a Heartbeat Without a Heart attempts to deconstruct the aestheticization of scripted violence and highlight its absurdity through the last moments of a dying young man and his melodramatic confessions.
