SYNOPSIS
Flatland No. 1 is a short narrative film told entirely through dance and music. The protagonist is a nervous perfectionist who has difficulty enjoying the world around her. Somewhere, hidden out of her reach, she has memories of a lush colorful life from which she has been cut off. She distracts herself FROM herself with daydreams where she lives out the fantasies she is incapable of realizing.
