SYNOPSIS

In the wake of a grand corporate war, a pharmaceutical company, Blackwater, has taken the reins of the city of Tiberius with their ultra-addictive performance enhancer: Dynamine. Aeon and Damian investigate a murder at a gas station, which gives them clues to The Drayton Hotel. Meanwhile, Cash, a member of a gang dealing counterfeit Dynamine, is given the opportunity of a lifetime.
