SYNOPSIS

On the bustling beaches of Cartagena, the daily routine is disrupted by the arrival of machines to combat the rising tide. As the sun rises and sets each day, lifeguards, beach attendants, and Palenqueras, or traditional vendors navigate the crowded shores, catering to the steady stream of tourists. Amidst all this, José, a young immigrant, chooses to plant roots and make a new life for himself.
