SYNOPSIS

A poetic short documentary film that follows a Greek Canadian woman’s journey into a metaphoric black hole in her heart. Alternating between myth and reality, Jaime Leigh Gianopoulos unravels the intricate tapestry of grief and the liminal space that exists between not belonging to the lands one was born on nor the lands one’s ancestors once came from.
