SYNOPSIS

After a failed musical performance, Andres Pesotsky, a tormented cellist, flees Guatemala City towards the colonial town of Antigua Guatemala to recollect himself at his adopted family’s estate. Locals warn of a supernatural entity known as the Black Monk that has returned to haunt the land. The Black Monk tries to convince Andres that he is one of God’s elected agents as a musical vessel.
