SYNOPSIS

In the 23rd century, the Reunion archipelago is a hostile land where the weather is unpredictable. Radio has become the latest means of communication. Thanks to its free antenna, IMELDA manages to maintain a social bond between its listeners. Cyclone Oscar is coming, but recently, testimonies of earth tremors have multiplied on the air.
