SYNOPSIS

Portsmouth 23 is the dreamlike story of the traversal of a mirrored city. I wander the streets from dusk to down trying to transcribe its rhythms and details. The fragments chosen in this urban and human construction reveal the unusual reflections of the window-mirrors. The dream turns into a nightmare. The soundtrack is composed by ceMeuble.
