SYNOPSIS

The film follows Julia, a 26-year-old who moves back in with her 70-year-old father Piet. Despite their good relationship, they clash over their differing life philosophies: Julia is environmentally conscious and future-focused, while Piet prefers to enjoy his retirement luxuriously. Julia's attempts to confront her father about his actions often fail, and tensions peak when Piet decides to cut down an old tree for safety and sunlight. Julia opposes this, believing in nature's integrity. However, after the tree is cut, she realizes she might be as hypocritical as her father, questioning her own convictions.
