SYNOPSIS

Qiu lives in a small fishing town in southern China. She works as a nanny at a math teacher's house, taking care of the daily needs of dozens of elementary school students. Approaching her forties, she has little experience in love, and her parents, who live in the countryside, hold onto their anger towards her, treating her as a tool for financial support. Recently, Qiu noticed some toothache, and after diagnosis, it was confirmed to be an inflammation of her wisdom tooth. Following this diagnosis, a gentle and warm dentist named Xu entered her life, teaching her square dancing and accompanying her through every wonderful moment. However, a chance encounter seemed to have shattered the beautiful dream she had. How should Qiu face the deceptive life that she finds herself in?
