SYNOPSIS

For three years, I followed the artistic journey of Amélie, a passionate ceramist who works by the Loire River. Through the seasons, I captured the evolution of her art and her deep connection with her environment. Amélie gradually integrated wild clays and rocks into her creations, eventually using only materials gathered from nature. Over time, she became a dear friend, and these shared moments enriched my own artistic vision. This project allows me to connect creativity and nature, two central themes in my practice. The film was shot between 2021 and 2024, primarily around Angers, along the Loire River, where Amélie works. Some footage was also captured near Marseille.
