The film « Hold the track » uses the medium of sport to question the injunction to perform. The actress evolves within a choreography combining running and dance, while declaiming a monologue constructed from writing workshops conducted by the artist in collaboration with young people from the city of Roubaix. The words spoken echo the teenagers' experiences and their relationship with notions of efficiency and performance, which are seen as ambivalent and sometimes obsessive.
