SYNOPSIS

The story centers on Chiara and Davide, a young couple whose tranquil lives are overturned by the sudden arrival of Sveta, Chiara's enigmatic old pen pal. As Sveta integrates into their lives, her presence exerts a subtle yet potent influence. Unlike traditional vampires, Sveta is an emotional vampire, seemingly draining the very essence and identity of those around her, with an apparent aim to take over Chiara's life. As Sveta's influence grows, she begins to subtly shift Davide's affections and attentions away from Chiara, creating tension and mistrust between the couple. Davide, who suffers from crises that only Chiara could calm, finds himself turning to Sveta for solace, further alienating Chiara. Even Chiara's mother, who meets Sveta briefly, seems charmed by her. This growing isolation and sense of displacement push Chiara to confront the sinister nature of Sveta's presence and fight to reclaim her life and identity.
