SYNOPSIS

Sarah spends the night in the freezing cold outside the huge and hostile immigration office building, only to be the first in the queue for an appointment the next morning. A Kafkaesque nightmare begins and Sarah experiences how the authority's rules determine the fate of the people in the queue.
