SYNOPSIS

Manolín is one of those almost mythological characters linked to the sand, the fire, the sea and the air, with a seafaring family tradition that has been involved in the hotel and catering business for decades. A man raised on the sandy beach who was not destined to be an amoragaor (sardine roaster). Our documentary wants to be a call to the recognition and enhancement of the best gastronomic-tourist tradition of our coast, the espeto (roast sardines), personified in its master of ceremonies.
